This is an excellent specimen of Kyanite and Garnet in Quartz. The Kyanite crystals are well-formed, and are a beautiful, rich blue color. Metaphysically, Kyanite is a helpful tool in reconnecting with your roots of origin, whether they be angelic in source or from another star system, while Garnet is known to circulate the flow of energy within the physical body. These effects are amplified by the surrounding Quartz.
