This is a very rare Quartz Crystal with Chlorite fibers, or hairs, running throughout the crystal like rutiles. What is so unique about this crystal is that at the base there is a cluster of the Chlorite hairs actually growing outside of the quartz! You can touch them with your fingers and feel how soft and fragile they are. I have never seen anything like this before. If you’ve even held an Okenite specimen and felt how soft the white fibers are, this is just like that. Quite an amazing crystal with exceptional healing properties. There are smaller crystals growing at the base and one larger attached crystal halfway up the crystal shaft. There are beautiful rainbows near the termination.
