This is an Orange River Quartz Point with a smaller companion point growing out from the base. At some stage in the crystal's development, the growing process stopped and a layer of beautiful Red Hematite grew over and completely covered the crystal. The crystal then continued its growing process right over the layer of Red Hematite, creating a beautiful glass-like coating of quartz. It truly is a remarkable process. Metaphysically, these Orange River Quartz Crystals carry a message of bringing together the different dimensions.
